  • Pharmaceutical Industry with a strong Research & Development unit
  • Importing, wholesaling and retailing of pharmaceuticals, medical devises, diagnostic kits, and medical supplies
  • Serving as center of excellence for commissioned research, training, testing and providing advice for governmental, non-governmental and private institutions involved in healthcare delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
  • Answering the phone and redirecting them to the most appropriate personnel or dealing with any queries where possible.
  • The first point of contact when answering queries via email or in person and redirecting them to the most appropriate personnel/department or dealing with it personally where possible.
  • Preparing official company documents from written manuscripts, file notes and DMS (documents management systems).
  • The timely distribution of any required documents/sales correspondence to customer/suppliers via postal or electronic means.
  • Managing, creativity and updating social media and marketing content creation and scheduling.
  • Work closely with General Manager on projects that support sales and marketing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company.
  • Maintain an accurate record of scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with the stock sales department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or degree in Pharmacy, business administration, management information system, marketing or IT or graphics or social media management or a related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, regulation, negotiation tactics, and processes.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional client handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Solid computer skills on MacOS.
  • Experience with Shopify, Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), social media, photography, or graphic design is highly desired.
  • Be a proactive team member.
  • Proof of past work.
